We only start work with our clients on a one-on-one basis, there are no "predetermined trips" that we offer. That means when you send us an email, we'll be building your trip as you give us details. Want to check out a Florence Football match? No problem! Have a desire to go designer label shopping at the outlet stories? Easy! Heard about a new Florence opera show? We'll get you some great seats! Trying to figure out how to spend a day taking various vineyard tours? We've got you covered! We can accommodate to your every need, and every budget too. When we start building your package, all you need to let us know is how much you are thinking of spending for the week, and we'll find hotels, tickets and everything else to fit your desires! From 5 star hotel, to small bed and breakfast, from front row center, to balcony seats, and everything in between!
The best part of our program is that not only will you get to pick exactly what you want to do; there is no stress when you get here either! We'll set up all transportation between your hotel and your destinations, so you don't need to worry about taking the right bus, or worry that the taxi driver will charge you the "tourist rate". We can recommend the most delicious restaurants, let you know of the cheapest markets in town for your souvenirs, and show you the real Florence. With other tour groups you hop on a giant bus and see the surface of Florence, with our program you will be able to see the Heart of the city. You'll have the opportunity to truly meet some Italians, experience the places that the locals visit, and be able to leave with a sense of what Italy is really like!
Since all of our programs are customized, you can have as much or as little free time as you like, too! Moreover, Raffaela can accompany you on any or all of your visits giving you information on the history behind the city, details of Italian life and culture, and be your language intermediary so you don't need to feel the frustration of not being able to communicate with the shop owners!
